“Who Is Mumia? Pt. 2” of the AtP documentary.

The About The People (AtP) collective presents part two of there ongoing Who Is Mumia? documentary film series. This doc premieres at the 11th Annual Socially Relevant Film Festival New York running March 13 – 18, 2024, at participating theaters in New York City. (Online starting Mary 19, 2024.) Highlights the life of journalist, activist, and political prisoner Mumia Abu-Jamal. AtP – Special Feature: Who is Mumia? is the second installment in a series of documentaries presented by About the People to highlight the stories of grassroots organizers and revolutionaries. The documentary seeks to separate the facts from fiction about the world-renowned political prisoner Mumia Abu-Jamal: who he is, the controversy around his imprisonment, and the current fight to free him.
